The price of tools varies wildly with a single knife sometimes selling for hundreds of US dollars. While these tools are sometimes worth every penny getting a start in craft should not cost a fortune.
We will start here with a bare minimum budget kit. Each project in the future will also contain a list of recommended tools with links to retail sources online. The “recommended” bit is important – craft is more about creatively solving ones own problems than owning a library of tools for each one-off task!
